Aloha! A luau Birthday Party

With summer in full swing its only appropriate to throw a luau birthday party for your children and their friends. Maybe invite the parents as well, we know everyone needs a tropical getaway around this time.

This is a great way to let everybody know where the party is. Most would expect a wreath of leis but this mixes things up a little while still being colorful and tropical.

These cakes look super easy to make with the right licorice braids and some color frosting. Delicious and simple.

Teddy Grahams lounging on their own personal beach can be the cutest treat you will serve. A Fruit Roll Up serves as a perfect beach towel and a peppermint for a beach ball completes the scene.

When thinking about the display of your snacks consider clean sand castle buckets and shovels. You can use   buckets of all different shapes, sizes, and colors to add variety to your table.

I love these goody bags for the party. They have everything you need to re-create the luau after the party and relive the memories created.

This is a very creative way to encourage your kids to eat healthier at the tropical paradise you created for them.

If your looking for a snack with a little more sugar, which is always searched for at any party, these kabobs made with Swedish Fist provide the perfectly proportioned dose of chewy sweetness.
